Pattie Boyd is auctioning letters and other possessions at Christie’s in London next month.
These items include love letters from both musicians, offering a glimpse into Boyd’s personal life during a pivotal era in music history.
The auction, taking place from March 15 to 21, includes Harrison’s notes that inspired the Beatles’ classic “Something” and Clapton’s letters that fueled his hits “Wonderful Tonight” and “Layla.”
In the autumn of 1970, Pattie Boyd found herself at the centre of a painful love triangle that would inspire some of the greatest love songs ever written.
