Ringo Starr granted trademark registration in Colombia.

The Superintendent of Industry and Commerce of Columbia has announced the decision to grant the registration of the brand “Ringo Starr” to the British drummer. This recognition was granted by the Directorate of Distinctive Signs of the SIC through resolution 52518 of July 2018. The trademark registration was submitted by Ringo.

The registry will allow identifying products in Colombia such as photographic and video equipment, sound and image players, clothing, footwear and headgear, musical entertainment services , whether live or on television and radio programs, under the Ringo Starr brand , says the SIC.
