Paul McCartney was making the most of his summer holidays today as he enjoyed a day out on a sailing boat near his home in The Hamptons.
Paul sailed around in the small vessel with a red, yellow and blue sail.

Paul purchased his $1million house in the Hamptons over a decade ago, with the lavish property boasting a huge outdoor pool and close proximity to the water.

The songwriter often spends months at a time in the Hamptons during the summer but his permanent residence is in St John’s Wood in London.

Meanwhile back in the UK, the singer’s £10million London home was seen covered in scaffolding as improvement work got underway.

Paul bought the property in 1966, paying £40,000 to its previous owner, physician Desmond O’Neill.
