Ringo and his All-Starr Band began their Fall tour Oct. 13 at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. The show was dedicated to the shooting victims at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. On Thursday, he along with Caesar’s Entertainment President and CEO Mark Frissora each donated $100,000 to the Nevada Resort Association’s Vegas Strong Fund, according to a press release. Ringo’s donation was made through the Lotus Foundation charity founded by him and his wife Barbara Bach.

Ringo said on his Twitter account: : “Viva Las Vegas what a great night thanks for coming out it was really special peace and love. Let’s do it all again Saturday night”.

Ringo and the All-Starr Band will be in Las Vegas for shows through Oct. 28, then continue the tour in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, New York, Virginia and New Jersey.
