DHANI HARRISON's DRAGONFLIES TO PLAY LONDON's VILLAGE UNDERGROUND

The London music scene is gearing up for one of the most compelling and anticipated performances of the autumn season. This Sunday, November 8th, the collaborative project Dragonflies, featuring renowned multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Dhani Harrison alongside acclaimed producer and musician Nigel Godrich, will take the stage at the iconic Village Underground venue. This special concert forms part of the official lineup for this year’s edition of the prestigious Pitchfork Music Festival London, a premier event showcasing the vanguard of alternative, experimental, and electronic music.

The union between Dhani Harrison, with a robust solo career and frontman of Thenewno2—and Godrich—globally celebrated for his masterwork production with Radiohead, membership in The Smile, and shaping definitive alternative rock masterpieces—has generated immense excitement since the announcement of their creative partnership and self-titled debut. Their joint venture under the moniker Dragonflies blends sophisticated electronic textures, psychedelic rock undertones, and immersive soundscapes, finding an ideal habitat in an intimate, cutting-edge space like the Village Underground.

Located on Holywell Lane in the heart of Shoreditch, the Village Underground is celebrated for its unique industrial architecture—featuring vintage London Underground tube carriages on its rooftop—and for hosting memorable live music experiences. Attendees of this Sunday showcase can expect an unparalleled sensory experience where Godrich’s production mastery and Harrison’s melodic sensitivity come alive on stage. Undoubtedly, this concert stands out as a peak moment of the festival, cementing Dragonflies as one of today’s most fascinating live acts.
