Paul McCartney is in Liverpool. As every year, Paul visits his hometown to attend the end-of-year showcase at LIPA and participate in the Graduation.
On Monday, he was caught on a cell phone—which showed a video call with Ringo Starr—while in the back seat of a car with his window half open, as he waved to fans who recognized him.
This is the moment when Paul McCartney is about to cross the traffic light on Hope Street, right when he was on a video call with Ringo Starr.
Several witnesses were able to see him up close; those participating in the Liverpool Magical Mystery Tour bus route saw him from their windows on July 20th, when the passengers spotted him at a traffic light.
Paul McCartney was in Liverpool to attend an awards ceremony for 400 students at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) and to honor Stephen Graham, Cathy Tyson, Paul Duhaney, Tom Fletcher, and Lynette Howell Taylor with a LIPA Companionship award.
