A documentary and musical memoir by Dan Geller and Dayna Goldfine about the life of Peter Asher—pop star, producer, and rock ‘n’ roll manager of legends such as James Taylor and Linda Ronstadt—‘Peter Asher: Everywhere Man’ chronicles Asher’s remarkable six-decade journey through pop, folk, and rock.
As is well known, Asher was a member of the duo Peter & Gordon and maintained a close friendship with Paul McCartney; the film utilizes unseen archival footage, intimate interviews, and untold stories.
Greenwich Entertainment has acquired the U.S. rights to the documentary, which will be released in theaters starting June 19, followed by a digital platform release. Toronto-based Films We Like will handle the simultaneous release in Canada.
‘Peter Asher: Everywhere Man’ premiered at the 2025 Telluride Film Festival and is directed by Dayna Goldfine and Dan Geller.
Tomorrow, Saturday, April 18, it will be screened at the Riverrun International Film Festival at 7:00 PM at the UNCSA Main Theatre, followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.
