Ben Schwartz has joined the ensemble for Sam Mendes’ ambitious four-part Beatles film project.
He is set to play Murray the K, a prominent New York radio personality who became a close associate of the band during their debut American tour in the 1960s.
Schwartz is part of a star-studded group featuring Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney, Harris Dickinson as John Lennon, Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr, and Joseph Quinn as George Harrison. Furthermore, the lineup highlights Saoirse Ronan, Anna Sawai, Aimee Lou Wood, and Mia McKenna-Bruce, who take on the roles of Linda McCartney, Yoko Ono, Pattie Boyd, and Maureen Starkey, in that order. Academy Award-winning director Sam Mendes, renowned for helming “American Beauty” leads the production.
