The Rolling Stones are soon releasing a new album, “Foreign Tongues,” with a new single titled “In the Stars.” That song, along with the bluesy “Rough and Twisted,” leads the 14 tracks on the LP.

The album, scheduled for July 10, is the successor to Hackney Diamonds (2023), which was a number three hit in the United States and earned the band a Grammy.

The band recorded the album at Metropolis Studios in West London. Producer Andrew Watt, who was at the helm of Hackney Diamonds, also directed Foreign Tongues.

Guest artists participating in the record include Paul McCartney, Steve Winwood, Robert Smith of The Cure, and Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers; it also features a posthumous participation from Charlie Watts thanks to a recording made during one of his final sessions before his death.

The album will be available on CD, deluxe CD, cassette, and multiple vinyl editions, in addition to digital format this July 10.
